Virtual & In Person RUN/WALK
As we begin to experience life together again, we wanted to make the 11th Annual Mountain Man Run an in person event with both a 5k and 10k option. BUT….. we had such an overwhelming response to our virtual event that we wanted to keep that option available for our fellow runners/walkers/cyclists and swimmers out there that still want to participate.
The in person participants will be running for the coveted Coon Skin Cap…and everyone will get a Mountain Man Finisher Medal and a goodie bag! The virtual participants will be placed in a drawing for a coveted Coon Skin Cap…and will also receive a finisher medal and a goodie bag.
For those doing the in person 5k or 10k, this event takes place on Labor day. For those doing the event virtually, you may run/walk/cycle/swim at any point between registration and Sept. 4, 2023. It’s simple:
1) Register!
2) Lace up those running shoes!
3) Choose your running location!
4) Run or walk knowing you are part of a larger cause!
5) Post a post run picture on our facebook page to be included in the drawing for that Coon Skin Cap!

This is an all inclusive event that welcomes people of all ages and ability levels, and four legged running buddies. It is the perfect time to reconnect with your family while taking part in a worthwhile fund raising event for the WIlliams Arizona Lions Club.

The Williams Mountain Men will be firing off rifles to start the event. Make sure your furry running buddies are ok with loud noises and gun starts.
